Our brand
Alejandra and Emilio wanted to create a unique and exclusive brand that communicates their values and love for their beautiful country, Guatemala, and their new home, Colorado. The logo with double “A” reflects the last name of both founders of the agency, and it also represents the magnificence of the Guatemalan volcanoes and the Colorado mountains.
Meet our founders
Meet Alejandra and Emilio Alejos, the dynamic duo behind The Alejos Agency. With diverse expertise and a shared passion for creativity and culture, they craft innovative strategies that bridge communities and elevate brands, from Guatemala to Colorado.
Alejandra Alejos
CEO and Founder
Born and raised in Guatemala City, Alejandra, moved to Colorado in 2017 with her husband.
With over seven years of marketing experience, a master’s degree in Marketing Direction, and a Professional Certification in Digital Marketing from Kellogg University, Ale is dedicated to helping others share their message.
She loves partnering with clients to create unique and effective marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. When she’s not working, Ale enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, or savoring a glass of wine at local restaurants in Fort Collins. She cherishes living in Colorado almost as much as she loves Guatemalan coffee, the best coffee in the world.
José Emilio Alejos-Sparks
Co-Founder
Also born and raised in Guatemala City, Emilio considers his life blessed with God in his heart and the love of his life by his side.
He majored in industrial engineering and later obtained an MBA. After working in the banking industry for around seven years, Emilio discovered a strong interest in finance and earned a Diploma in Financial Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico.
Like Alejandra, Emilio enjoys the great outdoors, comparing his love for the Colorado mountains to his affection for the volcanoes of Guatemala. You can find him biking around town, improving his skiing skills, or planning his next hiking trip with Alejandra. When not working, Emilio enjoys a cold beer from one of the many breweries in Fort Collins or savoring a cup of Guatemalan coffee.
